THE ATREUS XO SESSIONS: IN FULL BLOOM WITH NELLY J

Official Contest Rules & Terms

1. Contest Overview

The Atreus XO Sessions: In Full Bloom with Nelly J is an artist development opportunity created by Atreus XO to support emerging artists and provide access to professional recording, production, and creative development resources.

By entering this contest, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and all decisions made by Atreus XO regarding the administration of the contest.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to residents of Alberta, Canada who:

  • Are at least sixteen (16) years of age at the time of entry.

  • Complete all required entry steps.

  • Submit an original application through the official contest website.

Participants under the age of eighteen (18) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter:

  • Employees, contractors, and judges associated with Atreus XO.

  • Immediate family members of employees, contractors, or judges.

  • Individuals directly involved in the administration of the contest.

3. Contest Period

Applications open on:

June 21, 2026

Applications close on:

July 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM MDT

Entries submitted after the deadline may not be considered.

4. How To Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @atreus_xo and @missnellyxj on Instagram.

  2. Create and share a 30–60 second performance clip to Instagram Feed or Reels.

  3. Tag @atreus_xo in the post.

  4. Share the contest announcement to their Instagram Story.

  5. Complete the official application form on the contest website.

  6. Submit the link to their Instagram post through the application form.

Accepted submission types include:

  • Original songs

  • Song snippets

  • Freestyles

  • Live performances

  • Acoustic performances

  • Covers

Only one (1) entry per artist will be accepted.

5. Judging Criteria

Eligible entries will be reviewed using the following criteria:

  • Performance & Talent — 40%

  • Artistic Potential — 25%

  • Creativity & Originality — 20%

  • Growth Statement — 15%

Judges may also consider overall fit for the artist development opportunity being offered.

All judging decisions are final.

6. Prize Details

One (1) Selected Artist will receive the Bloom Package, which includes:

  • One exclusive beat produced by Artafacts Music

  • One three-hour recording session with Nelly J

  • Professional mixing services

  • Professional mastering services

  • Artist spotlight and promotional content through Atreus XO

In addition, five (5) Featured Artists will receive:

  • One complimentary studio session

  • Artist spotlight opportunities

  • Exclusive booking incentives

Prizes have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or substituted.

7. Prize Redemption

The Selected Artist must redeem the Bloom Package within ninety (90) days of the winner announcement.

Failure to schedule and redeem the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Atreus XO reserves the right to determine scheduling availability for all contest-related sessions.

8. Content Ownership

Artists retain ownership of their original music and creative works.

By entering the contest, participants grant Atreus XO a non-exclusive right to:

  • Share submitted contest entries

  • Repost contest-related content

  • Feature artists for promotional purposes

  • Use artist names, likenesses, photographs, videos, and submitted content in relation to the contest

No additional compensation will be provided for promotional use related to the contest.

9. Code of Conduct

Atreus XO reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false information

  • Violates contest rules

  • Engages in harassment or abusive conduct

  • Submits inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content

Atreus XO may remove entries at its sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Atreus XO is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures

  • Website outages

  • Social media interruptions

  • Lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted submissions

  • Circumstances outside of its reasonable control

Atreus XO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary.

11. Winner Notification

Featured Artists and the Selected Artist will be contacted using the information provided in their application.

If a selected participant cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, Atreus XO reserves the right to select an alternate participant.

12. Acceptance of Rules

By submitting an application, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Contest Rules and Terms.
