How do I get my audio files from my DAW to you?
There are many different DAWs available these days and since compatibility can be tricky, we ask you send audio files instead of project files. We have curated some videos to help you get us your files properly. This will also ensure that your audio files all start at 0:00 and everything is lined up together when we get it.
How do I upload my files to you?
First, we ask you to compress your files in a .zip format. We have included videos to help you with that process below. Once the files are compressed, you can send through our upload form, or you can use another website of your choice (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) The email you need to send the files to is g@axo.studio.
How do I access my masters or rough mixes in My Account?
Once you have an account created, in addition to having your masters or rough mixes sent your email, you’ll also be able to access those files in the My Account section of the website. From there, click on the Private tab and you’ll see the section for My Files.
