How To Get Started
We make our process as simple as possible.
Basic Package – Free promo songs or freeverses
Standard Package – Album tracks, streaming services
Premium Package – Your next single or music video
Gold Package – Your smash hit
Production
Does your song feel flat? Not feeling the momentum or feel there’s something missing? We make sure your song flows properly from beginning to end.
Transition Effects – get from one section of your song to the next with maximum power and momentum. Need a little more spice in your verses? We can do that too.
Song Structuring – sometimes a song doesn’t flow the way you want it to. Maybe you need a second opinion on how to build your song. We can help with that.
Additional Instruments – feel like there’s an element missing in your song? We can help fill out your track with live instruments, samples, or plugins.
Editing
Every song needs some cleanup and that’s no problem for us.
Basic Editing – we get the simple stuff done like chopping out breaths, removing silence, lining up vocals, mouth clicks, etc.
Advanced Editing – using the industry standard Izotope RX, we can take your subpar recording (but great performance!) and fix it up so it sounds as crisp and clean as possible. We can remove background noise, natural reverb, clipping, etc.
Vocal Mixing
Vocals are usually the most important part of a mix. We make sure you sound your best in a creative and unique way.
Vocal Tones – the vocals in a mix need to sit just right. We use the latest plugins, hardware, and emulations to make sure your vocals pop in the right way.
Vocal Effects – one way to make your track stand out are effects that can be incorporated as an element in your track. Once again we use the latest plugins to get your vocals tweaked just right to take them to another world.
Harmonization – sometimes vocals need a little lift here and there to provide extra melody and movement in a song. This is where harmonization comes in, we’ll hand tune another layer of your vocals to different intervals to provide that extra melody to your song.
Session Vocals – need another voice to fill out a track? Looking for a specific style to add to your song? We have a roster of very talented artists that can take your song to another place. (We make sure our session artists get paid so each artist may have a different fee that’s not include in the package prices. Please inquire for more details.)
Vocal Tuning
Touching up the notes an artist hits is standard in modern music. From the most extreme Autotune to the most delicate, natural touches, we do what’s best for your song and budget.
Autotune – the industry standard sound for many mainstream genres. We find the settings that you’ve been looking for.
Manual – sometimes a vocal needs a little more care and because of this, we will go in by hand and fine-tune your vocal tuning.
Melodyne – for years when we needed vocals touched up the most natural way possible, we reach for Melodyne. The most powerful vocal tuning software available.
Mastering
One of the most misunderstood stages of finishing a song is the mastering process. Fortunately, we take care of this for you and it’s included in our packages. Get the loudness with the clarity that you need to make your project stand out from the pack.
Full Master – we use master-grade plugins and hardware to balance your song to be ready to distribution. Quick masters use our custom made presets adjusted to the needs of your project. Thorough masters cater to the needs of your project and are thoroughly adjusted throughout the process to get your project hitting hard.
Speaker Tests – one of the most important aspect of a master is what is called “translation”. This is how well your mix and master sounds on different kinds of speakers. We test your mix out on a variety of different speakers and headphones from earbuds to car audio systems.
Multi-Day Adjustments – sometimes things hit our ears differently on different days. We use multi-day adjustments to tweak your track over the course of numerous days to make sure everything sounds proper.
Revisions
When you get your mix and master back from us, sometimes there are tweaks that are needed to fit your vision of the project. That’s no problem to us. Our packages offer various numbers of revisions available. Please note that these are revision rounds so you can include as many changes as you want for each revision round.
Alternative Mixes
In most of our packages, we include some different versions of your mix and master that will come in handy.
Performance Mix – cater your mix for your live performances. Mute certain vocals, lower volume on certain elements, and maybe even adjust your project for a live band. Just let us know what you need included.
Radio Edit – we will remove that dirty language from your project so it’s clean enough for radio.
DJ Pack – for select packages we include your acapella, instrumental, and custom DJ intros for free.
Remix Pack – exclusively for our Gold Package, you will receive all the mixed stems, BPM, and song key to send out to DJs and producers to get your song remixed.

Graham Smith
Graham Smith is an audio engineer, studio owner, and producer from Edmonton, Alberta. Graham has 9 years of experience in the audio field and graduated in 2012 from Pixel Blue College with a diploma in Digital Audio Production. He opened up his recording studio, Atreus XO, in 2014 and has worked on many different genres of music and post production projects. He has worked with numerous Juno Award nominated and award winning artist. With over 1,000 song credits and numerous full length projects, Graham has the experience to take your project to the next level.
